Time to Break Up the Intelligence Communities and Scatter Them to the Wind

"The Gas Ovens"?

This interview started out promising enough, talking about Operation Paperclip. But then they got into the Holocaust, and it started going too official story... I appreciate his idea that it was more complex than typically portrayed... but the comment about how "people really died in the gas ovens" made me wince.

WTF is a gas oven anyway?  Supposedly there were gas chambers filled with cyanide gas to kill people, then the bodies were disposed of in the crematory ovens.

Of course, that gassing story is highly dubious, as I have posted on before. They used to say that millions were killed in the gas chambers, now they are backtracking a bit. Now, this guy seems to be saying MOST people died from shooting or starvation, but some people did get killed in gas chambers! Really! Is this the new official position?

UPDATE: Interesting that "gas ovens holocaust" doesn't give anything by google. However, I was reading a book about the trial of Holocaust supporter Mel Mermelstein (Michael Collins Piper's "Best Witness"), and apparently "gas ovens" was a common term back in the 1980s for the mass killing of Jews.

Amazing how different "Best Witness" is from the wiki entry on Mel Mermelstein. Wiki claims Mermelstein "proved" the holocaust, while the book says exactly the opposite!

Yet Another Part of the 9/11 Cover-Up

One question I have had is why more airline pilots didn't speak out about 9/11, and the obvious BS in the hijackings. I figured to some extent, they were scared of losing their jobs or pension, but what I didn't realize until today, is how terribly pathetic the pay is for most airline pilots. This came up when I was watching Michael Moore's "Capitalism: A Love Story".  It's really shocking how bad their pay is, and that some even need food stamps to survive. They apparently love their jobs so much that they are willing to work for low wages. At the same time, you can clearly see how someone so desperate for work would be petrified of speaking out on something like 9/11.

It's just another way that the PTB have the system rigged....

Endless War Lies

Nothing is more pernicious and twisted than the war propaganda put out by the Pentagon.
In 2012, the Pentagon kicked off a 13-year program [11] to commemorate the 50th anniversary [12] of the Vietnam War, complete with a sprawling website that includes a “history and education [13]” component. Billed [14] as a “public service” provided by the Department of Defense, the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration site boasts of its “resources for teachers and students in the grades 7-12” and includes a selection of official government documents, all of them produced from 1943-1954; that is, only during the earliest stages of modern U.S. involvement in what was then called Indochina.
The Vietnam War Commemoration’s educational aspirations, however, extend beyond students. “The goal of the History and Education effort,” according to the site, “is to provide the American public with historically accurate materials and interactive experiences that will help Americans better understand and appreciate the service of our Vietnam War veterans and the history of U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War.” To that end, the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration offers an interactive historical timeline [15].
(snip)

It’s an eclectic mix, but give credit where it’s due: the digital chronology does mention casualties [20] from the oft-forgotten first U.S. attack on Vietnam (an 1845 naval shelling of the city we now know as Danang). For the next 131 years, however, mention of Vietnamese dead and wounded is, to put the matter as politely as possible, in short supply. Flawed history, though, isn’t.

Needless to say, the Gulf of Tonkin incident is not stated for the blatant false-flag that it was, that started the whole war... and it goes on from there....

The current drone war is as sick and evil as anything else the US has ever done, with the usual disgusting lies.

Holocaust Denial in Japan

Hmmm, I didn't know this was a thing.

For the record, I am totally against destroying books.

However, if this associated with a rightward shift in Japanese politics, with denying  Japan's war atrocities, it is kind of disturbing.

The Skyder Alert App

If you have a smartphone and you ever see chemtrails in the sky, this is a cool app to have.  Basically, it allow you to take and compile pictures you take from your phone of unusual contrail/chemtrail activity, and then send them to your congress critters (is my understanding). The app also comes with a general petition to Congress, asking for an investigation/halt into geoengineering...

Dane Wigington Is Such a Gloomy Gus

Wow, sure sounds bad--

Seriously, I do like that he admits CO2 is problem and that global warming is occurring, and says that geo-engineering (chemtrails and HAARP) is making it worse and he has some good points about the media. I have thought these things for a while myself.

But I think that a lot of the stuff he says here is over-interpreted and/or wrongly-interpreted. Agenda 21 is dumb right-wing paranoia.

At the same time, I definitely think that the planet is close to a cataclysmic ecological crisis. The increase in methane releases is very very worrisome.

In any case, shame on "Democratic Underground" for blocking this!  "Underground"-- what a freaking joke.

Evil Corporation Watch

Chemical company Syngenta, spies on and harasses because a biology professor who collaborated with them, because he reports that one of their products, herbicide Atrazine, is toxic to animals.

An amazing picture of hell on earth, courtesy of the oil industry:

A train that derailed and exploded in rural Alabama was hauling 2.7 million gallons of crude oil, according to officials.
The 90-car train was crossing a timber trestle above a wetland near Aliceville late Thursday night when approximately 25 rail cars and two locomotives derailed, spilling crude oil into the surrounding wetlands and igniting a fire that was still burning Saturday.
Each of the 90 cars was carrying 30,000 gallons of oil, said Bill Jasper, president of the rail company Genesee & Wyoming at a press briefing Friday night. It’s unclear, though, how much oil was spilled because some of the cars have yet to be removed from the marsh.

And last but not least, how evil banksters strive to control the whole fucking world...
In just the past few years we've seen an explosion of scandals – from the multitrillion-dollar Libor saga (major international banks gaming world interest rates), to the more recent foreign-currency-exchange fiasco (many of the same banks suspected of rigging prices in the $5.3-trillion-a-day currency markets), to lesser scandals involving manipulation of interest-rate swaps, and gold and silver prices.
But those are purely financial schemes. In these new, even scarier kinds of manipulations, banks that own whole chains of physical business interests have been caught rigging prices in those industries. For instance, in just the past two years, fines in excess of $400 million have been levied against both JPMorgan Chase and Barclays for allegedly manipulating the delivery of electricity in several states, including California. In the case of Barclays, which is contesting the fine, regulators claim prices were manipulated to help the bank win financial bets it had made on those same energy markets.
And last summer, The New York Times described how Goldman Sachs was caught systematically delaying the delivery of metals out of a network of warehouses it owned in order to jack up rents and artificially boost prices.
You might not have been surprised that Goldman got caught scamming the world again, but it was certainly news to a lot of people that an investment bank with no industrial expertise, just five years removed from a federal bailout, stores and controls enough of America's aluminum supply to affect world prices.

"Death By Metadata"

Well this simply couldn't be more evil and fucked up:
...the National Security Agency is using complex analysis of electronic surveillance, rather than human intelligence, as the primary method to locate targets for lethal drone strikes. The NSA identifies targets based on controversial metadata analysis and cellphone tracking technologies, an unreliable tactic that has resulted in the deaths of innocent and unidentified people. The United States has reportedly carried out drone strikes without knowing whether the individual in possession of a tracked cellphone or SIM card is in fact the intended target of the strike.

Anyone in power who supports this is a war-criminal and needs to be locked away.

The Gay Rights Meme

I have been wondering about why this was such a big deal in the past few years. I have no real problem with homosexuality or gay marriage, but I still have wondered why this was such a big deal lately. I think Paul Watson makes some really good points here, without getting into deeper weird mass psychology or social programming issues:

Bottom line is "The establishment only defends behavioral freedoms that pose no threat to the state." So the media ignores bigger threats to freedom and makes a huge deal about sexual rights.  Also in more economically precarious times, "traditional" sexual norms are loosened. Certainly, poor people are more openly promiscuous, for example.

The Fake Victim Meme

As I have indicated here in the past, I have a problem with the whole fake victim meme.

To be clear, I think the PTB/govt is quite capable of creating fake personas to be used as victims in false flag attacks, and in some cases, I think there is reasonably good evidence for this. Notably, the Boston bombing amputee victims are particularly fishy-- people such as Jeff Bauman, whose overall the story only makes sense if he had previously lost his legs. Plus, we know there are these things called crisis actors, and that they sometimes use amputees to simulate attacks. So the evidence is good for that sort of fake victim.

But I think conspiracy theorists-- honest, genuine, real, non-agent conspiracy theorists-- have to be very careful with saying there is fake victims in any event. BECAUSE: if you are wrong, nothing is more off-putting to people, than saying someone never existed. Or nothing makes people think you are crazy more than going around saying there was such massive fakery and lies. So this meme is extremely counter-productive. *

I know some people such as Sofia Smallstorm say, well, it should be more comforting to know that no children died at Sandy Hook. First, I'm not sure we really need to be looking for comfort in these events. Second, that's not a compelling argument that no children died at Sandy Hook!

The issue boils down to how compelling the evidence is for fake victims, or "vicsims"?

So far, for Sandy Hook, I have not seen the smoking gun for fake victims, especially since I have evidence going the other way (a friend who knows someone whose child was shot and killed at Sandy Hook). I agree some of the evidence points to fake victims, and the whole incident is extremely fishy. In my opinion, way too much evidence for fake victims relies on shoddy/bad/unconvincing photo and video analysis. I have discussed the famous 9/11 "Vicsim Report" here before, and all I can conclude is that the person who wrote is a major league disinfo agent or has some kind of brain-damage.

Ultimately, does the "evidence" for vicsims outweigh the potential cost of being wrong? Do vicsims outweigh the "counter-productive" factor?

At Sandy Hook, I just think no.

On 9/11, I think there is evidence for some fake victims, but certainly I don't push this as first line evidence.

In summary, I think people have to tread very carefully when they get into fake victims, and not go shouting "fakery!" unless the evidence is overwhelming.

Which brings me to what actually inspired this post-- the recent "debate" between Jim Fetzer (JF) and Michael Collins Piper (MCP) about Sandy Hook.  First of all, this debate was dumb-- too little focus on the evidence and too much time spent on JF's gripes about MCP.

In general, I like Fetzer, and I think he has moved towards the right ideas on 9/11 (no planes and nukes at the towers). But he also has some real flaws:
1) he is a blowhard
2) he is annoyingly pedantic a lot
3) he is extremely gullible about any conspiracy "research"
4) he is kind of thin-skinned-- threatening to sue MCP for defamation is ridiculous
5) he is notoriously bad at creating any kind of grand conspiracy synthesis, despite having so many incredible people on his show with all kinds of viewpoints, and despite being a conspiracy "intellectual"

I kind of like MCP-- I like his no nonsense style. But he was poorly prepared for the debate and started slow. Nonetheless towards the end he made some good points about the fake victims meme, that echo my thoughts.

1) it's damn hard to know how another person would act when they have lost a young child, so this whole thing of saying Robbie Parker (or other parents) was acting is unnecessarily cruel.
2) if the parents were part of the plot, what about the relatives too-- were they all in on the plot?
3) if people like Fetzer are serious, why not bring a law suit against the parents for fraud? A conspiracy researcher could learn a huge amount in discovery.

I know that if you assemble the ideas of a shooting drill at Sandy Hook, the bizarre behaviors of Gene Rosen and the coroner Carver and some of the parents, and things like bodies being left at school overnight without the parents seeing them, closed coffins, sealed death certificates, altogether support a fake victim hypothesis. But this evidence DOES NOT PROVE FAKE VICTIMS, and there are other equally valid explanations. The whole fake victim meme IS counter-productive for researchers.

I have yet to see thoroughly convincing photo analysis. This video where Newtown kids sang at the super Bowl who were actually the kids who were supposedly killed at Sandy Hook looks good at first blush. But on more careful comparison the singers' faces are definitely different from the victims, or the photos were not clear enough to be sure.

*Yes, I know, the same can be said for "no planes" on 9/11. But I have extensively studies the no planes issue and find the evidence more no planes/faked crashes/faked videos more compelling. Further, if I start talking to someone about 9/11, I never bring up no planes first. I tend to feel someone out for where they are coming from, and how open they are to various theories. Also, I think there is a big difference between faked plane crashes/fake videos, and saying kids killed in a horrible shooting never existed and their parents are faking.

End-Times for Capitalism? Greed, Pollution and Crisis Cults

I think there always has been a sense that our present course is unsustainable, and our situation seems to be getting more dire every year.

Our addiction to oil and gas and coal energy is killing us, not just from the pollution from fracking and coal production and oil spills, but also the CO2 that keeps rising at a frightening pace.  The oceans are terribly polluted, not just from mankind's plastic waste but also from Fukushima radiation. Endless greed from out of control capitalism is clearly part of this mix-- our world is getting ever more divided into the very poor and the super rich.  The American empire is clearly in a state of over-extension and is slowly fading, as we continue to pour untold trillions of dollars into the military and intelligence agencies.

I've always thought Chris Hedges was far too negative in his assessments of America. He speaks in amazingly precise sentences of condemnation, but his tone is much like a preacher ranting about the devil, and it is a bit much for me, typically. Plus, he has never mentioned (and likely has even dismissed deeper conspiracies to explain our predicament). Still, he has good points overall, and I thought this interview was pretty good:

His point about denialist crisis cults is particularly key. Too many people want to exist in a fantasy world, and not work for real change.

In Part 2, it was nice to hear Hedges take on a more combative tone, basically saying we have to fight back because otherwise there is no hope.

This interview with economist Richard Wolff is more down to earth, but is interesting, and Wolff indicates that we are due for some sort of major correction to capitalism:

A revolution is needed in the near future, but it seems the PTB have rigged the game quite a bit to prevent this, and a mass die-off of humanity seems to be in the cards.

In my opinion, we have to become more sustainable, and release free energy technologies and perhaps expose the ET presence. But there is endless disinfo about all of these things, and sadly many conspiracy minded people think "sustainability" is a dread UN plot (Agenda 21).

33 of the Day: Nuclear Fracking and Radiatioactive Wastewater

Anyone who doubts that 33 is code for is an idiot or a shill:
In December, 1967, scientists from the Atomic Energy Commission and officials from the U.S. Bureau of Mines and El Paso Natural Gas Company gathered at a gas well in northern New Mexico, near Farmington. They lowered a 29-kiloton nuclear device more than 4,000 feet down the shaft and set it off.
It worked.
“The 4,042-foot-deep detonation created a molten glass-lined cavern about 160 feet in diameter and 333 feet tall,” according to the American Oil and Gas Historical Society. “It collapsed within seconds. Subsequent measurements indicated fractures extended more than 200 feet in all directions – and significantly increased natural gas production.”
The Atomic Energy Commission tried twice more. In 1969 they set off a 43-kiloton nuclear bomb in an 8,500-foot deep well near Rulison, Colorado. In  1973 they set off three 33-kiloton bombs in a single well near Rifle, Colorado. In all three tests, they collaborated with the local gas utilities.
For "33 afficianados", this is freaking gold. Seriously? 333 feet tall, exactly?

That's a made up number, all the way.

In fact, there are several "33s" here-- 2 in 333 and 2-3 more for "three 33-kiloton" nukes.

And I also found this in a related article:
Another report, issued by the New York-based Grassroots Environmental Education by Ivan White, a career scientist for the National Council on Radiation Protection, came to a similar conclusion as the USGS and Penn State reports, maintaining that fracking can produce waste much higher in radiation than previously thought.
White’s report tested 11 vertical wells that were conventionally drilled in New York and found that levels of radium in those wells averaged at 8,433 picocuries per liter. The EPA’s limit for drinking water is 5 pCi/L for both radium-226 and radium-228 combined.
And they are pretty evil 33's to boot.

NSA Spying Is Illegal and Outrageous, Part Infinity Plus One

The British are waking up:
Huge swath of GCHQ mass surveillance is illegal, says top lawyer. Legal advice given to MPs warns that British spy agency is 'using gaps in regulation to commit serious crime with impunity'
I like that they connect GCHQ to the NSA and then to illegal and murderous drone strikes.

Old but still important--
WASHINGTON — The National Security Agency has implanted software in nearly 100,000 computers around the world that allows the United States to conduct surveillance on those machines and can also create a digital highway for launching cyberattacks.
While most of the software is inserted by gaining access to computer networks, the N.S.A. has increasingly made use of a secret technology that enables it to enter and alter data in computers even if they are not connected to the Internet, according to N.S.A. documents, computer experts and American officials.
The technology, which the agency has used since at least 2008, relies on a covert channel of radio waves that can be transmitted from tiny circuit boards and USB cards inserted surreptitiously into the computers. In some cases, they are sent to a briefcase-size relay station that intelligence agencies can set up miles away from the target.

Freaking insane.

And the insanity of the whole intelligence boondoggle system, stealing our money AND our civil liberties:
The actual funding lines for America’s spy agencies have been a matter of secrecy until recently, when the Washington Post obtained a $53 billion “black budget” list for fiscal year 2013 from Edward Snowden. That document, reported the Post, mapped “a bureaucratic and operational landscape that has never been subject to public scrutiny." The Post noted that while the government has released its overall intelligence spending every year since 2007, "it has not divulged how it uses the money or how it performs against the goals set by the president and Congress.” In particular, the black budget showed major increases in funding for the CIA and the NSA.
Under the proposed legislation, which is titled the “Intelligence Budget Transparency Act of 2014” and was first reported by Politico Huddle, the president, in his annual budget request, would have to make available both the total budget line items for the 16 agencies as well as estimated appropriation levels for the ensuing four fiscal years. He would not be required to go into any programmatic detail.
The sixteen agencies that would be affected by this are as follows:
Air Force Intelligence
Army Intelligence
Central Intelligence Agency
Coast Guard Intelligence
Defense Intelligence Agency
Department of Energy
Department of Homeland Security
Department of State
Department of the Treasury
Drug Enforcement Administration
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Marine Corps Intelligence
National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
National Reconnaissance Office
National Security Agency
Navy Intelligence

I like how the DEA is considered a secret "Intelligence" agency. And I honestly don't know why each branch of the military has one in addition to the Department of Defense or just what in the hell the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency does, although I'm sure it's very important. None of these agencies will likely ever go away and the thousands of private contractors that feed many of them will continue to get rich on taxpayer dollars.  Still, it's good to at least know how much it's costing us don't you think?

For all the money going to the NSA and CIA programs, this study (which I briefly referenced the other day) says that all the high tech super-duper surveillance for which we are spending billions to collect and store doesn't actually catch terrorists:
An analysis of 225 terrorism cases inside the United States since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks has concluded that the bulk collection of phone records by the National Security Agency “has had no discernible impact on preventing acts of terrorism.”

In the majority of cases, traditional law enforcement and investigative methods provided the tip or evidence to initiate the case, according to the study by the New America Foundation, a Washington-based nonprofit group.

The study, to be released Monday, corroborates the findings of a White House-appointed review group, which said last month that the NSA counterterrorism program “was not essential to preventing attacks” and that much of the evidence it did turn up “could readily have been obtained in a timely manner using conventional [court] orders.”
And keep in mind this whole thing is happening in the context of an ongoing, long term austerity push that has us cutting off the long term unemployed and ending food stamp benefits. That Utah data farm alone cost 1.2 billion and is reportedly going to cost at least a couple billion more before it's online.

There was a moment in the early days of the NSA story in which we discussed the incredible boondoggle all this really was but it passed as the revelations unfolded. It's good that the congress has decided to shine a light on that again, however briefly, in this budget process. After all, we have real people suffering in a stuck economy without enough jobs. We have a growing poverty rate. Our bridges and schools are crumbling. And yet the money for the military, police and all these attendant "intelligence" agencies has been kept secret until now. It's only right that the people should at least know what the numbers really are.

33 of the Day

NYTimes:
BAGHDAD — The United Nations says at least 733 Iraqis have died during violence in January, excluding casualties from an embattled western province.
The figures issued Saturday by the U.N.'s mission to Iraq show 618 civilians and 115 members of the security forces were killed in January. But the UNAMI statement left out deaths from ongoing fighting in Anbar, due to problems in verifying "the status of those killed." The figures also leave out insurgent deaths.
Well, as long as they didn't manipulate the numbers, or anything...

UPDATE:

Other 33's:
A technology expert fell to his death on Tuesday from the London skyscraper housing investment bank JP Morgan’s European headquarters.
Gabriel Magee, 39, fell from the 33-floor building in London’s financial hub Canary Wharf at around 8:00 am (0800 GMT), police said. He landed on a ninth floor roof.
Magee was a vice-president in JP Morgan’s corporate and investment bank technology division and had worked for the US bank for a decade, his employers said.
I love that the JP Morgan building was 33 stories.

Also, of personal interest to me -- Pill imprint 133 has been identified as Ibuprofen 200 mg.

Michael Collins Piper and Ry Dawson

This was fun to listen to... I really get a kick out of Michael Collins Piper. I think his Israeli connection to the JFK assassination is right on target... all about nukes...

The bit about the "JFK" producer Arnon Milchan being an Israeli arms dealer and connected to the Israeli nuke program is quite significant, I think.

Ry Dawson is kind of a dick though.

I think he's right about some things, particularly about WTC7 arguments and going after Alex Jones, but he clearly hasn't done his homework on no planes on 9/11.

The Duality of the Elites

Once again the Onion nails it:
As those who have followed the uproar surrounding my lifetime achievement award at this year’s Golden Globes are aware, my name has again become the source of controversy. Once more, the media, the general public, and my own family members have called into question the propriety of continuing to honor and lavish praise upon an individual—myself, legendary film director Woody Allen—who has been accused of committing crimes of the most deplorable nature. Addressing this highly contentious matter would require you to delve into the following ethical quandary: Do you continue to support me as a filmmaker, writer, and human being who has technically not been convicted of any crime, or do you henceforth cease your admiration of me and my work due to the admittedly pretty damn compelling evidence that I molested at least one young child?

Isn't this basically what politicians do -- they do terrible things and make us decide whether whatever good they did offsets the evil?

Consumers of Child Pornography Were Abused Children?

At face value, this letter is pretty moving and makes sense for why someone would be interested in child porn:
The late Capitol Hill staffer Jesse Ryan Loskarn wrote a letter before his death apologizing for the hurt he caused with his arrest on child pornography charges and revealing that he was sexually abused as a 5-year-old.

Since it is the US Capitol, you have to wonder if there was something deeper going on-- a pretty sick place, where there may well be some sort of pedophilia cult, and was Loskarn a victim of something deeper? Who exactly abused him as a child? Hmmm....
